For health plans: Catching plan participants before they need chronic care improves productivity, reduces absenteeism and improves the overall health of the plan's population. Anvita Health can prospectively analyze and identify population segments that are likely candidates for intervention to prevent escalation of risk factors.
Anvita Health also conducts retrospective batch analyses for better total population management, generating reports for traditional review of gaps in care, drug safety, HEDIS and other performance measures for pay for performance (P4P).
For PBMs: Anvita Health retrospectively and prospectively analyzes pharmacy claims to identify and generate alerts for drug safety issues and gaps in care, and to identify individuals at risk for non-adherence. Anvita can then generate alerts tailored to improve adherence, and deliver them for use at the most teachable moments, such as first fill counseling.
